Interior Designer (Full-Time)


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Castner & Castner, Inc. The Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with interior design projects. They will be tasked with working on space planning, interior design, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) related work.


Qualifications

  • Interior Design experience
  • Experience and skills in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field is required
  • Membership in a professional design organization such as ASID is desirable
  • Willing to work some weekends is a must!

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)


ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Bradenton, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company to ensure efficient operation of the office. This may include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, managing inventory, and performing general clerical duties.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle customer service calls and inquiries
  • Excellent Clerical Skills, including data entry and record keeping
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Associate degree or above in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service in the furniture industry is a plus
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus!
  • Must be available to work occasional weekend shifts.
